Gas fireplace shuts off and comes back on.
Switch it back to manual and it will quit turning on and off.
Amazingly stomping once or twice on the floor in front of the mantle like the fonz usually fixes the outage because after a quick whoa hey stomp it turns back on.
I pressed the pilot button it comes back again and stay for 1 min and turns off again.
This in turn makes the gas valve shut off.

If i switch it off and back on again same thing happens the flame comes and stay for a min and then turns back off.

Hi we have a gas fireplace 10 yr old and it turns on and stay on for 1 min or so and then it turns off by itself.
The flame lifts away from the thermocouple and causes the temperature on the tip of the thermocouple to drop.
