Use an old drill bit that fits the roll pin use the smooth part.

Most gas blocks especially low profile gas blocks use 3 32 and 5 32 roll pins for securing the block to the barrel and the gas tube to the block.
Cut some wood blocks that roughly fit the gas block so you have something to push against when you mount the c clamp.

Anywhere between 1 and 6 smacks and the pin moves.
